Return & Refund Policy


We want you to love your order! Since our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. 


However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:


•    Your order number
•    A clear photo of the issue

 

Exchange:

To start an exchange for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you can begin by clicking here. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation via email, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Refunds:

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your store credit will be automatically sent to the email address used at checkout 5-7 days after we have received and inspected your return.

 

Important Notes:
•    Returns are not accepted for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size/color choices.
•    All claims for misprints, damage, or defects must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.
•    In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a reprint with an extra charge or a partial refund. We cannot control the postal service. Please make sure you have entered your address correctly.
